Buylist terms and conditions
These terms explain how selling cards to Arcana Frisia through the buylist works. They apply in addition to our general terms and specifically cover card submissions, inspection, final pricing, shipping and payout.
1. Buylist offer
You submit an offer to sell your cards to Arcana Frisia.
By submitting a buylist, you offer to sell the listed cards to Arcana Frisia for the payout amounts shown at the time of submission.
The shown payout is based on the information you provide, including the card version, quantity, condition and foil status. The offer is not final until we have received and checked the cards.
Please ship your cards within 3 days after submitting your buylist. This keeps the offer aligned with current prices and inventory demand.
2. Receipt and inspection
We check the cards after they arrive.
Confirmation email
After submitting your buylist, you receive a confirmation email with your reference number, card list and shipping instructions.
Shipping
You are responsible for packing the cards safely and shipping them to us. Shipping risk remains with the sender unless we have agreed otherwise or you use an Arcana Frisia label under the applicable label terms.
Checking cards
After arrival, we check the cards for authenticity, quantity, version, language, foil status and condition.
3. Final price determination
The final payout is determined after inspection.
Buylist prices shown on the website are indicative until the cards have been checked. The final purchase price is based on the cards we actually receive and approve.
If a card differs from the submitted details, for example due to a lower condition, different version, incorrect foil status or missing quantity, we may adjust the payout.
If the difference is substantial, we send you an adjusted proposal. A final purchase agreement for those cards is only formed after you accept the adjusted proposal.
We communicate meaningful changes clearly before payout. The goal is a fair, transparent check, not surprises.
4. Rejected cards
Some cards may be refused after inspection.
We may reject cards if they are counterfeit, severely damaged, not the submitted version, not part of the approved buylist, or otherwise substantially different from what was submitted.
If cards are rejected, we contact you about the next step. This may include returning the cards or another agreed solution. Return shipping costs may be charged to you, depending on the situation.
5. Cancelling a submission
You can cancel before we receive the cards.
You may cancel your buylist free of charge as long as we have not received your cards yet. Please email info@arcanafrisia.com and include your buylist reference.
Once the cards have arrived and the inspection process has started, cancellation may no longer be possible or may require separate agreement.
6. Payout
Payout is made through the method you selected.
Bank transfer
Payout in EUR to the IBAN you provide. Please check your IBAN carefully before submitting.
PayPal
Payout to the PayPal email address you provide. Any receiving costs charged by PayPal are for the receiver unless agreed otherwise.
We aim to pay within the timeframe shown on the website after your buylist has been checked and approved.
Arcana Frisia is not responsible for payout delays or losses caused by incorrect payout details provided by the seller.
7. Private sales, margin goods and B2B
The regular buylist is primarily intended for private collections and margin goods.
The Arcana Frisia Buylist is primarily intended for private sellers and for margin goods. By submitting a buylist, you declare that you sell these goods without having deducted VAT as input tax on these specific goods, and that Arcana Frisia may apply the margin scheme to this purchase where applicable.
If you are a business seller and sell margin goods, for example cards from a private collection or goods you also purchased under the margin scheme, the same declaration applies: you have not deducted VAT as input tax on these specific goods.
If you want to sell to us as a business with a regular VAT invoice, please contact us before submitting through the standard buylist. In that case, we make separate agreements about pricing and invoicing.
8. Ownership and origin of the cards
You confirm that you are allowed to sell the cards.
By selling cards to Arcana Frisia, you declare that you are the rightful owner of the cards or are authorised to sell them.
You also declare that the cards are not stolen, embezzled, counterfeit or otherwise connected to unlawful activity. If we have reasonable suspicion of unlawful origin, we may refuse the purchase and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
9. Shipping and packing responsibility
Pack your cards securely and include your reference.
Please pack cards securely, preferably sorted in the same order as the confirmation email. Use a team bag, bubble mailer or sturdy box and include a note with your name, email address and buylist reference.
When you arrange shipping yourself, you are responsible for the package until it arrives with us. We recommend tracked shipping, especially for higher-value submissions.
