A Dutch Magic singles store with years of marketplace experience.
Arcana Frisia is a specialised Magic: the Gathering seller from the Netherlands. We have years of experience buying, grading, pricing and selling singles through platforms such as Cardmarket and Cardtrader.
Our buylist is data-driven. Payouts are based on market prices, our current inventory, pending incoming cards and demand signals. That means you get a clear offer without endless messages, manual negotiation or guessing.
We handle every submission carefully: cards are checked for version, quantity and condition before final approval. If something needs to be adjusted, we explain it clearly before payout.
How selling through the Arcana Frisia Buylist works
Search, submit, ship, then receive your payout.
Search or upload your cards
Search for cards one by one or upload a decklist, collection export or CSV file. Choose the correct condition, foil status and quantity before adding cards to your offer.
Review and submit your buylist
On the submit page you review your cards, enter your contact details, address, payout method and preferred shipping method. After submitting, you receive a confirmation email with your reference number and shipping instructions.
Pack and ship your cards
Sort your cards in the same order as the confirmation email. Pack them securely in a team bag, bubble mailer or sturdy box. Add a note with your name, email address and buylist reference.
We check, approve and pay
After arrival, we check quantity, version and condition. Small grading differences may change the final payout. Once approved, payout is usually sent within 1–2 business days.

Ship yourself or request an Arcana Frisia shipping label.
I ship myself
You choose the carrier and shipping method. We strongly recommend tracked shipping for higher values. Loss or damage during shipping is your own responsibility when you arrange shipping yourself.
Arcana Frisia shipping label
You can request a shipping label from Arcana Frisia. The label costs €5 and is free for buylists of €150 or more. You receive the label or barcode by email after submitting your buylist.
Grading & condition
Choose the condition honestly. When in doubt, choose one step lower.
Almost new. Very minimal edge wear may be acceptable, but no clear scratches, whitening or visible play wear.
Light play wear. Small white spots, minor edge wear or light shuffle marks can be present, but the card still looks clean.
Clearly visible wear, multiple white spots, light scratches or edge wear. Still perfectly playable in a sleeve.
Heavy wear, strong whitening, scratches, small bends or edge damage. We usually do not buy these through the regular buylist.
Severe damage such as creases, water damage, ink, tears or heavy surface damage. Only considered for specific high-value cards after prior communication.
If we need to adjust condition or version, you receive a clear overview before payout. We do not quietly change your submission.
Payment & shipping
Choose bank transfer or PayPal when submitting your buylist.
Bank transfer
Payout in EUR to your IBAN. This is the default and preferred payout method for most sellers in the EU.
PayPal
Payout to your PayPal email address. Any PayPal receiving costs are for the receiver unless agreed otherwise.
Payout is usually sent within 1–2 business days after your buylist has been checked and approved.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions about submitting and shipping a buylist.
How long is my buylist offer valid?
Please ship your cards within 3 days after submitting your buylist. This keeps prices and inventory targets aligned with the moment you submitted your offer.
What happens if my cards are in worse condition?
We adjust the condition and payout where needed. You receive a clear overview of any changes before payout.
Can I sell sealed products?
Sometimes, but not through the standard buylist. Email us at info@arcanafrisia.com with a short description and asking price.
What if a card is not on the buylist?
Then we are not actively buying that card right now. For larger collections we can sometimes make a separate offer, so feel free to contact us.
Can I receive store credit instead of money?
Not yet. At the moment we pay through bank transfer or PayPal. Store credit or trade-in options may be added later.
Why should I remove sleeves?
Sleeves slow down grading because every card has to be removed manually. Please send cards without sleeves where possible. Expensive cards may of course be protected carefully.
